We are in the process of renovating our home and at the last minute we decided to get new kitchen cabinets. We were looking in books / web as to a great way to set up a gluten-free kitchen, but she still has regular cereals, breads etc. We found a lot of information about utensils etc. but not a lot about what a dream gluten-free kitchen would look like. We obviously have ideas of our own, but through this might invoke some discussion from others on the forum.
