It’s hard to believe that in less than four months, Kelowna 2012 will kick off at the Delta Grand Hotel.
It’s the first time the national CCA conference has been held in the Okanagan, and if past CCA conferences are any indication, we should have a sell out.
Having said that, we can’t count our chickens before they hatch. The people organizing the conference are all volunteers, often with jobs, and family balancing this major undertaking on the side. The sooner we sell out, the better for all concerned!
Right now over half our exhibitor booths are spoken for and the others are selling fast. We’ve got three major sponsors lined up. Registration has been open since mid-January and we have 60 sign-ups to date. Come March 1st, the conference early bird rate goes up by $25. It’s to everone’s advantage to sign up now!
We need your help promoting the conference. If you have a favorite store or other gathering place that might be frequented by Celiacs please print off the attached PDF poster below and ask them to post.
